About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring PRN Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic clinics in Nashville, Tennessee. The role may provide as-needed coverage at one location or float among multiple clinic locations, according to the clinician’s preference. Physical Therapists develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy while collaborating with peers and building relationships with patients and local providers. The position is open to recent graduates and experienced clinicians and offers access to education and development programs, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time or part-time role. The PRN schedule is 1–19 hours per week, with weekday, weekend, morning, and evening availability. Upstream’s central support teams handle administrative work so clinicians can focus on patient care. The organization also provides clinicians access to technology and tools intended to reduce administrative burden, including a generative AI documentation scribe announced for 2026.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
- Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
Responsibilities
