About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Physical Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around North Philadelphia. The position offers a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and clinical and administrative support. It is paid on a per-visit basis, with evaluation visits ranging from $60 to $75. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked.

The role includes an opportunity to earn up to $15,000 through the IHT Milestone Reward Program, paid in $5,000 increments as career milestones are reached. Additional compensation may include a weekly IHT OT Clinical Excellence Bonus based on visit complexity and volume. A tablet with a data plan is provided.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort using technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation in accordance with Medicare and agency standards.
