About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time and part-time licensed Physical Therapists to provide home-based care to adult and geriatric patients in and around Tinley Park. The role offers schedule flexibility, a consistent caseload, and clinical and administrative support. Compensation is paid per visit, with evaluation visits ranging from $65 to $85. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked.

Requirements

Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing.
BLS CPR certification.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, and function and develop individualized treatment goals.
Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families about recovery plans and preventive care.
Maintain accurate, timely home health care documentation in accordance with Medicare and agency standards.
