About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed Physical Therapists for full-time and part-time home care work serving adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Tinley Park. The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy over the workday, a consistent caseload, and clinical and administrative support. This position is paid on a per-visit basis, with evaluation visits ranging from $65 to $85. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity; benefit eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked. The company offers a milestone reward program with up to $15,000 in career milestone payments, paid in $5,000 increments, and an additional weekly clinical excellence bonus based on visit complexity and volume. Requirements

Active physical therapy license in good standing.
BLS CPR certification.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function and develop individualized treatment goals.
Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families about recovery plans and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation in accordance with Medicare and agency standards.
