About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed home care Physical Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Waukegan. The role is available full-time or part-time and offers a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and clinical and administrative support. The position is paid on a per-visit basis, with evaluation visit rates ranging from $65 to $85. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity; benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked. The role includes opportunities to earn up to $15,000 through IHT's Milestone Reward Program, paid in $5,000 increments as career milestones are reached. Additional weekly pay may be earned through the IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus, based on visit complexity and volume.

Requirements

Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing.
BLS CPR certification.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation according to Medicare and agency standards.
