About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time and part-time licensed home care Physical Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Tinley Park. The position offers schedule flexibility, autonomy, and a consistent caseload supported by the agency's partner network. This role is paid on a per-visit basis; evaluation visits range from $65 to $85, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies by employment status and weekly hours worked.

Requirements

Active physical therapy license in good standing.
BLS CPR certification.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families about recovery plans and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation in accordance with Medicare and agency standards.
