About The Position

Requirements
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
- Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
