About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic. Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific or eligible)
- Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
- Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and overall wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Manage a consistent caseload while meeting productivity expectations
- Ensure a positive patient experience through compassionate and effective communication
