Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT or equivalent)
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient clinical experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
