About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient assignment focused on general orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing a high-volume caseload while delivering quality patient-centered treatment.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Delaware
- Minimum experience in outpatient settings required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior travel experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with orthopedic conditions
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
- Maintain productivity standards of approximately 60 visits per week
- Perform accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
