About The Position

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- First-time travelers will be considered
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
