About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and driven outpatient physical therapist to provide pelvic health and orthopedic care at its Fountain, Colorado center. The role focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, while also treating general orthopedic patients as part of a large, supportive clinical team. The center’s specialties include orthopedics, pelvic health, vestibular therapy, aquatics, dry needling, and fall prevention.

New graduate physical therapists are welcome to apply through the established CoreVia program. Previous pelvic health experience is a plus. The organization supports a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health therapists and offers mentorship, clinical support, career paths, and paid national certifications. The position is full-time, with compensation starting at $80,000 and a $20,000 bonus, plus student loan repayment assistance.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited school.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
