About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as a Clinic Director & Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launching, participants will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will provide mentorship throughout the process.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
- Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Must have a license required for Physical Therapist.
