About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a part-time outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist in Clarksville, Tennessee, with multiple location options. The role is suited to clinicians who want to help patients recover movement and return to activities they enjoy. Candidates may be recent graduates or experienced clinicians and will work in a collaborative environment with career-development opportunities.

The therapist develops individualized, evidence-based care plans and delivers high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. They collaborate with peers, build connections with patients and local providers, and continue developing through Upstream education programs. Central support teams handle administrative work so clinicians can focus on patient care.

The schedule is 1–29 hours per week, with weekday, weekend, morning, and evening availability. Compensation is $40.00 or more per hour, negotiable based on experience. New-graduate PTs can receive structured onboarding, training, mentorship, and a gradual 12-week ramp-up period. There may be an opportunity to transition to a full-time or PRN role.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
