About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care in Clarksville, Tennessee, with multiple location options. The role is suited to recent graduates and experienced clinicians who are passionate about helping patients recover movement and return to activities they enjoy. Upstream Rehabilitation provides central administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care. Its network includes more than 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners. Clinicians have access to education and development programs and, beginning in 2026, a generative AI documentation scribe designed to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time.

The part-time schedule is 1–29 hours per week. Weekday, weekend, morning, and evening availability is offered. Compensation is listed at $40.00 or more per hour, negotiable based on experience and other factors, including pay class, background, and clinic location. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
