About The Position
Adena Health is hiring a casual, as-needed Physical Therapist for its Therapy Department in Washington Court House, Ohio. The Physical Therapist provides direct, evidence-based care, evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, documents care according to professional and regulatory standards, and monitors progress to optimize outcomes. The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and support staff and supervises and contributes to the development of physical therapy assistants involved in patient care. The position is on the day shift, does not require on-call work, and pays a casual rate of $60.00.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to quality patient outcomes and continuous learning.
Nice To Haves
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
- 1–2 years of direct patient care experience.
- Possess or be eligible for Ohio state licensure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, evidence-based physical therapy care to patients.
