About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a say in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and building a positive team culture. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will guide you through the process.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Skills in leadership and team development.
Experience in recruiting and interviewing.
Proficiency in community outreach and referral growth.
Commitment to building a positive clinic culture and retaining teammates.

Nice To Haves

Experience opening or managing a clinic.
Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.

Responsibilities
