About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. Before launch, comprehensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will offer support throughout the process.

Requirements

License Required: Yes - Physical Therapist
Entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic
Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide
Commitment to providing exceptional care for every patient
Ability to train and develop in leadership and team development
Ability to train and develop in recruiting and interviewing
Ability to train and develop in clinic operations and financial management
Ability to train and develop in community outreach and referral growth
Ability to train and develop in building culture and retaining teammates

Nice To Haves

Experience opening or managing a clinic
Experience in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or ABA services
Interest in equity ownership and direct benefit from clinic success

Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner.
Shape the clinic from the ground up, including location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Participate in training and development in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach.
Work closely with experienced leaders for support.
Manage clinic operations and financial performance.
Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
Build and retain a strong team culture.
