About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for PRN work in Durham, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. The organization provides neurological rehabilitation for people with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses in their homes and communities. Interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans, with therapists providing individualized, evidence-based care that addresses patients’ functional goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving lower-extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs.
