About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for PRN positions serving Fredericksburg, Texas, and surrounding areas. The organization provides neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. Physical Therapists work one-on-one with patients as part of interdisciplinary teams that develop integrated treatment plans. Treatment is individualized, evidence-based, and focused on functional goals and durable outcomes. Clinicians are supported by therapy-led leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving lower-extremity function, mobility, and vestibular skills.
- Evaluate and address adaptive equipment needs and environmental safety needs.
