About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities in Houston, Texas, and surrounding areas. The organization treats traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. Therapists work one-on-one with patients as part of interdisciplinary teams that develop integrated treatment plans, using creative activities to address functional goals through an evidence-based approach. The organization provides intensive, individualized services across the rehabilitation continuum, from severe brain injury through job readiness. Clinicians are supported by therapy-led leadership and experienced teams that create programs tailored to each patient’s specific needs. PRN positions are available.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving lower-extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs.
