About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for PRN positions in Macon, Georgia, and surrounding areas. The organization provides neurological rehabilitation for people with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses in patients’ homes and communities. Physical Therapists work one-on-one with patients as part of interdisciplinary teams that develop integrated treatment plans. Treatment is individualized, evidence-based, and focused on practicing functional skills in the patient’s home and community. Therapists use creative activities to engage patients while addressing functional goals and supporting durable outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving lower-extremity function, mobility, and vestibular skills.
- Assess adaptive equipment needs and environmental safety needs.
