About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for PRN positions in Atlanta, Georgia, and surrounding areas. The organization provides neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities for people with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. Physical Therapists work one-on-one with patients as part of interdisciplinary teams that develop integrated treatment plans. Treatment is individualized, evidence-based, and focused on practicing functional skills in home and community settings. Therapists use creative activities to engage patients while addressing their functional goals and supporting durable outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments, including lower-extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs.
