About The Position

Aquacare and Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is a physical-therapist-owned private practice, independent for over 27 years, with 12 clinics across Maryland and Delaware. We are hiring exceptional new team members for our Berlin, Maryland location. Requirements

  • Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to treat post-surgical knees, lymphedema, vestibular cases, pelvic floor, and a variety of other cases.

  • Interest in specializing in orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Treat patients, not just evaluate.
  • Provide hands-on care and individualized treatment.
  • Work alongside 6-8 therapists and additional PTAs, techs.
  • Specialize in areas such as Orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
  • Build a career in orthopedics, pelvic floor, or aquatic therapy.
  • Potentially become a clinic director, program lead, or build a specialty program from scratch.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $82K to $100K, depending on experience
  • Up to $12,500 in bonuses: $5,000 at signing, $3,750 at year two, $3,750 at year three
  • Fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one, no productivity quota
  • Four-day or five-day weeks, with flexible hours
