Requirements

  • New graduates are welcome.
  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
  • Interest in becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
  • Interest in becoming a certified clinical instructor.

Responsibilities

  • Treat patients with general outpatient orthopedics, including a mix of ages and diagnoses.
  • Provide hands-on care and individualized treatment.
  • Work alongside other therapists, PTAs, and techs.
  • Potentially specialize in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
  • Complete documentation using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the clinic director.
  • Engage in scheduled meetings and case reviews with clinical leadership for the first year.
  • Potentially become a mentor, clinic director, program lead, or build a specialty program.
