Requirements

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work with a caseload of fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one.
Willingness to work four-day or five-day weeks.
Ability to work alongside therapists, PTAs, and techs.

Nice To Haves

Certification in aquatic therapy.
Certification in lymphedema treatment.
Experience or interest in balance and vestibular work, neurologic rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
Interest in pelvic floor therapy or women's health.

Responsibilities

Treat and work directly with patients.
Deliver hands-on care through the whole session.
Work from the plan of care with the evaluating physical therapist close at hand.
Complete documentation through Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
Specialize in areas such as aquatic therapy, lymphedema treatment, balance and vestibular work, neurologic rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
