About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a say in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launches, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will mentor you.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to lead a startup clinic.
Willingness to become an Equity Partner.
Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Skills in leadership, team development, recruiting, and community outreach.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Nice To Haves

Experience in opening and running a clinic.
Experience with ScribeIQ or similar AI documentation tools.
