About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience, while partnering with a company that has a proven track record of successfully opening clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management to ensure the success of your clinic. Before the clinic launches, you will receive training and development in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. You will also collaborate with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics themselves.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to build and lead a clinic.
Willingness to become an Equity Partner.
Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Proficiency in recruiting and interviewing.
Skills in community outreach and referral growth.
Commitment to building a positive clinic culture and retaining teammates.

Nice To Haves

Experience opening or managing a clinic.
Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy settings.
Experience with AI documentation tools.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic as an Equity Partner.
Shape the clinic from the ground up, including location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
Recruit, interview, and retain teammates.
Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
