About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to join their dedicated team and provide world-class care. This role offers an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and build a startup clinic from the ground up, with the support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Requirements

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
Must be entrepreneurial and ready to build and lead a startup clinic.
Must be willing to partner with Ivy Rehab.
Must have a license required for Physical Therapist role.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner.
Have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
Train and develop leadership and team development skills.
Develop skills in recruiting and interviewing.
Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
Focus on building culture and retaining teammates.
Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
