About The Position

The Physical Therapist I evaluates and treats patients in accordance with legal and professional guidelines and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. The role develops and implements plans of care to improve, restore, and enhance physical functional performance and promote injury prevention. The Physical Therapist completes documentation and quality improvement activities as outlined in departmental policies and procedures, and instructs and directs Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as assigned.

This is a full-time, day-shift position at Franciscan Health Crawfordsville Campus. The role may offer opportunities to work at various Franciscan Health therapy locations. Travel is never or rarely required. Experienced and new graduate Physical Therapists are eligible.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program.
• Valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state.
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability and willingness to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities
