About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, comprehensive training will be provided in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer support. The position offers a competitive salary, bonus plan, and true equity ownership.
