About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from Ivy Rehab in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launching, extensive training will be provided in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer guidance and support.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
- Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened over 400 clinics nationwide.
- Commitment to providing exceptional care for every patient.
- Willingness to undergo training in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach.

Responsibilities
