About The Position

PhysioWorks is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient clinic position in Silverdale, WA. This role involves working with a variety of patients in general orthopedics and work rehabilitation. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with flexible scheduling options including 4x10 or 4x8 work weeks. No weekends or holidays are required. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is available. The ideal candidate is a passionate, empathetic team-player.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) degree.
State license as a Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure).
Current Washington State Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure.
Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and functional rehabilitation.
Interest in workers’ compensation, occupational medicine, and return-to-work programming.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

Work with injured workers in specialized programs such as Work Conditioning and Work Hardening.
See a caseload of 10-12 patients per day, with one-hour sessions.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Provide care for a variety of patients including general orthopedics and work rehabilitation.
