About The Position

Hayes Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for their outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Paoli, PA. This practice emphasizes high-impact patient care over high volume, offering one-on-one treatment sessions of 40-60 minutes without double-booking. Therapists have clinical autonomy supported by collaborative mentorship and utilize advanced technologies. The role is for a 40-hour workweek, with potential for a four-day workweek. The clinic is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, requiring availability until 7:00 PM at least three days a week. The practice focuses on restoring movement, rebuilding confidence, and changing lives through personalized care and a supportive culture.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License (or license eligible).
Strong orthopedic clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for patient-centered care.
Commitment to lifelong learning.
Full-time availability at 40 hours per week is required.
