About The Position

Due to growth, Scarpelli & Associates Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist in the Castro District of San Francisco. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with part-time availability of 16 hours across 2 weekdays will also be considered. The ideal candidate is personable with strong communication skills and is interested in building a community presence. New grad Physical Therapists are welcome. The Physical Therapist hired will work in a gentle pace outpatient setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic and/or pelvic health caseload. Initial evaluations are one hour, and follow-up sessions are 45 minutes.

Requirements

Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
State license as a Physical Therapist.
Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Full-time is considered 40 hours per week.
Part-time availability of 16-24 hours across 2-3 weekdays will also be considered.

Nice To Haves

Prior outpatient experience is preferred.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.

Responsibilities

Treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic and/or pelvic health caseload.
Provide affirming, inclusive care for all patients, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Treat 43-45 patients per week (full-time).
Conduct one-hour initial evaluations.
Conduct 45-minute follow-up sessions.
