About The Position

Alaska Hand Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for their outpatient orthopedic clinic in Anchorage, AK. This role focuses on treating patients of all ages with complex upper extremity and hand therapy cases, specializing in shoulder, arm, and hand conditions. Full-time is preferred (40 hours/week), but part-time candidates (24 hours/week, ideally Mon/Wed/Fri) will be considered. The position offers one-on-one, 45-minute treatment sessions with protected documentation time.

Requirements

• Graduation from an Occupational Therapy program.
• State license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Eligible for AK state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Some prior hand therapy experience is required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Certification as a Hand Therapist (CHT) is preferred.
• 3+ years of Hand Therapy experience preferred.
• Full-time availability is preferred.
