CO-Physical Therapist Outpatient Glenwood Springs
About The Position
An outpatient, full-time Physical Therapist position in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The therapist evaluates patients and develops treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses, focusing on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. The role also includes educating patients and caregivers about home exercise programs. The schedule is 40 hours per week across four 10-hour shifts. Saturday shifts may be included regularly; holiday coverage is not required. Newly remodeled, furnished studio apartments are available within walking distance of the facility for travelers during their assignment, subject to limited availability. Housing includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and access to an on-site laundry room.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Colorado PT licensure or a compact license valid for Colorado.
- At least two years of physical therapy experience.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Flu vaccination is mandatory between October 1 and April 1; declinations are not accepted.
Nice To Haves
- Three to five years of physical therapy experience is preferred.
