About The Position
The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. The role includes on-the-job training and opportunities to develop a variety of skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
- Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
- Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain tires and wheels.
- Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
- Install or rebuild TPMS and relearn or calibrate it.
- Wash tires and wheels.
- Test and install batteries.
- Use and maintain equipment.
- Assist other employees.
- Test drive vehicles.
- Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
