About The Position

Audi Glenwood Springs is hiring a Technician to perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs in accordance with Audi and dealership standards. The role involves identifying vehicle concerns, inspecting vehicles for additional needs, documenting work, and coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts Department. Technicians road-test vehicles as needed, maintain an organized work area, stay current with technical information and factory procedures, and may assist or mentor apprentice technicians.

Requirements

• Automotive technician experience; 2–3+ years is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Diagnostic or mainline technician experience.
• ASE certification and/or automotive trade-school education.
• Audi, Volkswagen, or German/European vehicle experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs according to Audi and dealership standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs.
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Parts Department.
• Properly document diagnoses and repairs.
• Road-test vehicles as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Stay current on technical information, training, and factory procedures.
• Assist and mentor apprentice technicians when needed.
