About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will mentor new partners to ensure confidence before opening.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a national provider.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Willingness to undergo training in leadership, operations, and financial management.
