About The Position

TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned company with more than 20 years of clinical excellence. Its outpatient clinics treat orthopedic, sports, and neurological patients using state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based protocols. The Physical Therapist provides hands-on, one-on-one care in an outpatient clinic, with time for patients, modern equipment, and autonomy to develop treatment plans.

The role evaluates and treats a diverse outpatient caseload, including post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions, and work-related injuries. Physical Therapists collaborate with experienced therapists to share best practices and support clinical development. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current New York State physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, and/or neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient patients across a diverse caseload.
• Provide rehabilitation for post-surgical orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions, and work-related injuries.
• Develop treatment plans using clinical reasoning and evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists, share best practices, and support clinical development.
