About The Position

Excel Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is hiring a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist for its South Tulsa outpatient clinic. This hands-on leadership role combines patient care with responsibility for leading a team and contributing to the growth of an outpatient practice. The director treats a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal patients, while overseeing the clinic’s day-to-day clinical success. The role involves developing clinicians and team members, strengthening referral relationships, and partnering with H2 Health leadership to support patient experience, caseload growth, and clinic performance.

Requirements

DPT or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Oklahoma PT license or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification, as applicable.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

Outpatient orthopedic and/or leadership experience preferred.
