About The Position

TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned company with more than 20 years of clinical excellence. Its outpatient clinics treat orthopedic, sports, and neurological patients using modern equipment and evidence-based protocols. The position provides hands-on, one-on-one outpatient care, with time for patient treatment, access to modern equipment, and autonomy to develop treatment plans. The role is not described as requiring simultaneous care of multiple patients or extensive documentation.

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats a varied outpatient caseload, including post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions, and work-related injuries. The therapist works with experienced colleagues to share best practices and support clinical development. Clinical mentorship is offered to new graduates.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current New York State physical therapist license or eligibility for one.
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, and/or neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
