About The Position

A growing multidisciplinary pain management and orthopedic practice in Greeley, Colorado, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist. The role provides 100% outpatient care for a diverse musculoskeletal caseload, with collaboration across a team of healthcare professionals. Orthopedic experience is preferred, and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Pelvic floor therapy experience or interest in training is a plus. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with office hours ending at 1 p.m. on Fridays and weekends off. Compensation is a base salary of $85,000–$110,000, depending on experience, plus bonus compensation. The practice provides administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; a DPT is preferred.
Active Colorado Physical Therapist license and successful completion of the national PT licensing examination.
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.
A patient-centered approach and commitment to helping people achieve lasting improvements.

Nice To Haves

Outpatient orthopedic experience; new graduates are also considered.
Pelvic floor therapy experience, certification, or interest in training.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Guide therapeutic exercises to improve strength, mobility, and function.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests within the scope of practice.
Reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
Complete accurate, timely documentation and build supportive patient relationships.
