About The Position

A healthcare organization in King City, California is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Requirements

  • Current California Physical Therapist license required
  • Less than 1 year of experience required

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy services

  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care and safety
  • Restore muscle strength, flexibility, range of motion, and body alignment
  • Improve mobility, balance, endurance, and independence with daily activities
  • Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to support recovery outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and mobility strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinical standards, and organizational policies
  • Follow safety procedures and rehabilitation department protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and discharge coordination
  • Support a collaborative and positive rehabilitation environment
