The position offers a pay-per-visit model with an average modified full-time earning potential of $95,000+, quarterly bonus opportunities, and mileage reimbursement plus a data plan stipend. AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR are provided to reduce documentation time, allowing more time with patients. Requirements
- Active, unencunbered Florida Physical Therapist license
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Complete documentation using streamlined technology
