The coverage area includes Gainesville/Alachua County, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position utilizes a pay-per-visit model with potential for high annual earnings, quarterly bonuses, and reimbursement for mileage and data plans. Therapists benefit from flexibility and autonomy, with no weekends or holidays required (optional), no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations, and greater control over work-life balance. The company provides technology such as AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology
