About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Occupational Therapists (OTR). This role offers the opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, with a focus on 1:1 patient care in the home. The coverage area is Vero Beach, FL / Indian River County, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and the use of technology to reduce documentation time, allowing therapists to spend more time with patients.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Ability to supervise COTAs

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate
