About The Position
A growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu is hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide quality in-home and community-based therapy. The agency focuses on fall prevention, mobility, and helping seniors remain safe and independent at home. The role is located in Chinatown, O'ahu, Hawaii, and requires reliable transportation. Pay is $80.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. The schedule is part-time and hourly.
Requirements
- Current Hawaii license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience; home health experience preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
