About The Position
A growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu is hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide quality in-home and community-based therapy, with a focus on fall prevention, mobility, and helping seniors remain safe and independent at home. The position is part-time and hourly, based in Kakaako, O'ahu, HI. Pay is $80.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Reliable transportation is required.
Requirements
- Current Hawaii license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience; home health experience is preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
